We will NEVER sell or otherwise knowingly allow any personal information
to be disclosed to any other individual or organization except by lawful
court order.
We will treat any information disclosed to us (e.g. e-mail addresses) as
confidential information to be as protected as our financial information,
source or other trade secrets.
We will request and maintain ONLY the minimum information needed for our
purposes.
We will use personal information (e.g. e-mail addresses) ONLY for the
purposes of communicating to OUR customers, users, and other interested
parties.
Any information collected for customer analysis (such as country) will be
used only in summary form for the express purpose of tailoring our software
and other offerings.
We do, however, use third party elements in our webpages (e.g. counters).
We will always review the privacy policies of these third parties. However,
we cannot be responsible for their abuses or violations of their policies. Where
we become aware of intentional abuses or unacceptable collection of private
information (a URL is not private), we will cease dealing with that third
party immediately. Note that some third party code may use cookies
(especially for hit counters).
We will NEVER engage in spam!
While our communications currently are limited to support issues, new release
information, bug warnings and requests for additional features, we do reserve
the right to change the format to a newsletter in the future. In that case, we
may, from time to time, recommend other organizations' products and
services.
If you have any questions or complaints about our privacy policy please
contact Glen Ford directly.
