Summary With 20 years systems experience this senior consultant has experience in all aspects of project management including Scope Development, Scheduling, Risk Management, and Change Management. He has worked on all aspects of the project cycle from analysis, design specifications, technical specifications through the stages of coding, testing and implementing software solutions. He has provided leadership in small, medium and large projects and has managed permanent teams of up to 24 people. He has extensive practical knowledge of Project Management, Database Design and Systems Design methodologies. His ability to communicate and empathize with both technical and non-technical individuals makes him a valuable asset where team understanding is a key to success. His practical knowledge of accounting makes him valuable where discussions with accountants are required.  His wide industry (business) and systems experience and experience in General Management aids in quick understanding of specific industry needs. His knowledge of the LANSA product suite, AS/400 and Development Methodologies makes him a valuable asset to projects where junior programmers need mentoring.
